Ernest Holmes found the golden thread of truth that ran through all religions, philosophies, literature and science.  In this certificated course, students will gain a better understanding of the thinkers that influenced Holmes and see for themselves how this philosophy stands on a foundation of deep wisdom.   Flyers are available with more details and registration is now open.  THIS LINK has all the details, including registration.  Tuition is $250 for this certificated course, which is a prerequisite for Practitioner Studies.  Classes will be held on October 14 and 21, November 4 and 18, with group projects and independent study in between.  You will learn so much!  

Do you ever wonder about the origins of our Center for Spiritual Living as a “new thought” church?   We will be hosting a viewing of the documentary – What is New Thought? – to help answer all your questions!  Mark your calendars for Wednesday, October 14th and join Rev. Rev. Laine is basing her Sunday lessons on our Fall Book – The Well-Lived Life by Gladys McGarey, MD. The book focuses on six secrets to life, so after each lesson covering one of these, she will host a “snack and chat” session for a lively discussion on each of the secrets.    Books can be purchased at the Center and are $15.   The six secrets will be covered on 9/20, 9/27, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1 and 11/15 – mark your calendars!

The 2026 Membership Forms are now available and you belong here!  The Board of Trustees asks that everyone submit a new form each year so that our records are up to date, and our budgeting can be aligned with the collective levels of appreciation we are generating.  As we anticipate expansion in 2026, please consider your own expansion as you set up your committed giving in 2026, plan your volunteering roles, and consider joining our legacy giving tree.  Community T-shirts are coming in 2026, so please indicate your unisex shirt size for our planning purposes!  It is going to be an amazing year, so click here to submit your form today!

We offer a guided meditation on Sunday mornings from 10:00 – 10:20 in the practitioner room. The practitioner room will continue to be available for quiet personal time anytime after 9:00. Then at 10:00 if you want to experience meditation as a group, you can head back to the practitioner room for our guided meditation from one of our licensed practitioners.

We wholeheartedly invite children into our dedicated space of learning and light. Help us spread the news to any families who may be looking for a positive environment for their little “big souls in small packages!”

Connection Time starts at 9:15am and each person can choose how to spend their time each week.

Do you want to connect within with Spirit? Head to the practitioner room for a quiet space with soft music and lighting, There may or may not be a guided experience, depending on the week, but there will always be a space to pray, meditate or sit in the silence.

Do you want to connect over coffee and casual conversation? Head to the fellowship hall to get a cup of coffee and always feel free to bring a snack to share.

Do you want to connect with Rev. Laine, the lesson and a guided conversation? Head to the sanctuary for Sacred Cup, which is a guided discussion about the lesson for the morning. Usually hosted by Rev. Laine, however another host will be present on some Sundays when she is elsewhere.
